Do’s & Don’ts – taken straight from the “Kristin’s Life Experiences Book”. 🙂 (Okay there is no such thing)
Do – stop and pick a daisy, even if it requires hopping out of your car & taking an extra 30 seconds.
Don’t – touch the metal part of the steam wand on the espresso machine. Ow!!!
Do – listen to the urge of God’s Spirit inside of you.
Don’t – put off getting gas. It can end up in some not-so-ideal situations…
Do – fold that load of laundry for your Mom, even if you don’t particularly feel like it.
Don’t – go along with the flow and compromise your beliefs.
Do – be kind to everyone you meet. You will gain many friends and acquaintances!
Don’t – turn the oven timer on and forget to put the cookies in the oven. You will feel like an idiot ten minutes later!
Do – laugh at yourself when you do something blonde!
Don’t – leave your sunroof open when they are predicting severe thunderstorms, even if it’s sunny when you go into the store. BAD IDEA!!
Do – pray for a friend, especially when you feel prompted to do so.
Don’t – avoid conflict. It will just get worse until you deal with it.
Do – rejoice with those who are rejoicing, and weep with those who weep.
Don’t – worry too much about having a spotlessly clean car all the time (especially when you live on a dirt road).
Do – read good books.
Don’t – turn your windshield wipers on to clear the snow off your windshield, while the car door is still open.
Do – smile at the grumpy-looking lady, even if she never smiles back.
Don’t – lose your car keys, especially when you’re 6 hours away from home.
Do – tell your sister that she looks pretty and your brother that he’s strong. 🙂
Don’t – procrastinate. ‘Nough said.
Do – sing at the top of your lungs in your car when you’re feeling especially happy about life!
Don’t – forget to clock out when you leave work.
Do – pick flowers with your little brother.
Don’t – neglect your relationship with Jesus.
Do – hug your Dad and tell him you’re glad he’s yours 🙂
Anyone have any more to add???
